Here you will find a brief introduction to me and my jewellery making

My interest in jewellery making was first sparked at a young age - when staying with relatives I was given beads to play with. I really enjoyed making pieces of jewellery whenever the opportunity arose thereafter.

During my first summer at university, despite the assurances of my housemates that they would all stay for the summer, I found myself in an empty house for 4 months. Needing something to do with my time I made a trip to Hobbycraft to equip myself with the necessary materials to start making my jewellery.

What started out as a hobby, making pieces for myself, and as gifts for friends and family, got a little out of hand. My boyfriend suggested I try selling some of my jewellery on eBay. This got off to a slow start but steadily gained momentum. In August 2006 I happened across the Artist Market in Southampton, and for the following 18 months have regularly run a stall there.

Now, having graduated with my honours degree, I am working fulltime in an engineering consultancy near Southampton. My evenings and weekends kept busy with making and marketing my growing collection of handmade jewellery.

My pieces are never mass produced, and therefore bear the individuality of quality handmade jewellery. Items listed on this site are usually premade and therefore available for a swift dispatch, and are the item in the photo. However demand sometimes dictates that items are made to order - in this situation dispatch may take a little longer and the item may not be identical to the photo. You will of course be kept informed of the progress of your order.
