If you wish to recommend a friend, both you and the friend receive a 5% discount. In order to take advantage of this, please email me at referrals@silverjewellerydesigns.com stating you wish to refer a friend – please include your name and email address, and your friend’s name and email address. You and your nominated friend(s) will receive an email containing your unique discount code. You can refer as many friends as you like, but a maximum of 5% referral discount applies per transaction, the remaining referral discounts due may be redeemed in your subsequent purchases. Your referral discount(s) can only be used after your referred friend(s) has purchased their item. The referral discount may normally be used in conjunction with other discounts, unless the other discount explicitly states this is not the case.
To claim you discount please choose the items you wish to purchase and add them to your basket, proceed to checkout and at this point, prior to paying, please request a revised invoice incorporating the discount. You will need to provide the relevant discount code at this point. Please understand no discounts can be taken into account after payment has been made, so don’t forget to request the revised invoice at checkout.
Discounts are non-transferrable. If you wish to pass a discount on to a friend, please use the refer a friend discount above. Discounts are not cumulative unless explicitly stated – i.e. you can only use one discount per purchase – the biggest discount will normally be counted. Where discounts have a valid until date, they may not be used after this date. Please understand I reserve the right to reasonably refuse a discount in certain circumstances. Discounts must be claimed by requesting a revised invoice at checkout as described above. Please understand no discounts can be taken into account after payment has been made.
